After residency, I worked as a hospitalist (seeing patients admitted into the hospital) for the past 7 years at various hospitals around the country including Cleveland Clinic, Emory Hospital, and Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center. In 2024, I was honored to receive the Johns Hopkins ***. Being a physician is my calling and the highest praise I receive as a hospitalist is when patients ask me to be their primary care doctor. I’ve decided it’s time to transition to primary care, where I can develop rewarding, long-lasting doctor-patient relationships. But how do you practice primary care in a way that respects both the patients’ and doctors’ time? Direct Primary Care is a new(er) approach that has successfully improved patient AND doctors satisfaction by taking insurance out of the equation.

I live in Howard County with my wife who is also a physician and our bossy 4 year old son. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, roasting my own coffee, and painting.
